User ID is a name that uniquely identifies you on this site. Your User ID gives you access to your benefits information while protecting the confidentiality of your personal information.

Your Password is a unique series of characters assigned to your User ID to prevent unauthorized users from accessing your information.

User ID and Password are given to you when you join the Fund. Once logged in, you can change to something that is easier to remember.

MAP Fund will never ask you for your password. You are solely responsible for the protection of your User ID and Password from disclosure to third parties and you should change them immediately if you suspect that they have been compromised.

What happens if I forget my User ID or Password?

If you forgot your User ID, you can select the I Forgot My User ID link in Ybr's home page. Then you have to enter your registered email address and press "Submit". You will receive an email with your User ID whithin a few minutes. Once logged in, you can change it to something that is easier to remember.

If you don't have a registered email address, you don't remember it, or you don't have access to it, you need to contact the administration team.

If you know your User ID but you forgot your Password, you can select the Retrieve Password link in Ybr's home page to reset your password.

What does it mean to be locked out?

After a limited number of failed attempts to log on, for your security, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log on - even with the correct password. You will need to contact the administration team to unlock your account.
