User ID is a name that uniquely identifies you on this site. Your User ID gives you access to your benefits information while protecting the confidentiality of your personal information. The User ID is given to you by your employer and you are responsible for safeguarding it.

Your Password is a unique series of characters assigned to your User ID to prevent unauthorized users from accessing your information. Your can change your Password in the Members area of the YBR, under "Log On Information".

What happens if I forget my User ID or Password?

If you forgot your User ID, you can select the I Forgot My User ID link in Ybr's home page. Then you have to enter your registered email address and press "Submit". You will receive an email with your User ID whithin a few minutes.

If you don't have a registered email address, you don't remember it, or you don't have access to it, you need to contact the administration team.

If you know your User ID but you forgot your Password, you can select the I Forgot My Password link in Ybr's home page. Then you have to enter your User ID and press "Submit". Your password will be reset and you will receive an email with your new Password whithin a few minutes.

What does it mean to be locked out?

After a limited number of failed attempts to log on, for your security, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log on - even with the correct password. You will need to contact the administration team to unlock your account.
